Refund and Returns Policy

In compliance with the Italian duties of information referred to in art. 52, paragraph 1, letter (f) and (g) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (the “Consumer Code”), below are the terms and conditions governing the right of withdrawal in favour of the consumer. The right of withdrawal in favour of the consumer does not apply to contracts concerning articles that, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned. Customers who purchase with a VAT cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Wings ascertains:
  • even partial use of the goods and / or any consumables;
  • lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
  • absence of elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.).
In the cases indicated above, Wings will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the same the shipping costs.

Instructions for withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the item (in the case of multiple delivery, from the date of the first partial delivery) by communi-cation (even without specifying any reasons) to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the addresses indicated below. The communication can also be anticipated by certified e-mail to the address indicated below, pro-vided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damage ascertained on the original packaging, Wings srl will refund by bank transfer the amount already paid, net of shipping costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal and in any case after receiving the returned product (to be verified and confirmed). Therefore it will be the Customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details (IBAN) on which to obtain the refund The comunication of withdrawal shall be addressed to: WINGS SRL Via Castellarin 2a 33050 Ronchis (UD) Italy Certified e-mail PEC: wings@legalmail.it

Consequences of withdrawal

If the Consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these GCS (general condition of sales), the product received from the consumer must be returned. Provided that the item has been returned by the Consumer, the refund of the price paid by the Con-sumer will be made by Wings, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by Wings of the communication of exercise of the withdrawal or, if earlier, from the date on which Wings received the item returned by the Consumer. The costs and risks associated with the return of the item are borne by the customer / consumer. The right of withdrawal referred to in this Section cannot be exercised by the consumer in case of purchase of discount vouchers, nor in relation to items that, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned. The items must be returned: Correctly packed in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not damaged or dirty) and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use and documentation, equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Wings to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address). If the returned item does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not take effect. In accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the Customer / consumer. The shipment, until the attestation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer / consumer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Wings will notify the Customer / consumer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer / consumer for its return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal.
